Hi, guys! I am not in deportation process now, but I am seeking advice is this wise in my situation to go to Immigration Court and initialize deportation process. My husband is asylum based GC holder, and I overstayed my B-2 visa. We live in USA 11 years. Our marriage lasting 30 years (not an immigration fraud!), but was interrupted by divorce ( this is why I am still illegal here). Now we are remarried. What do you think? Should Immigration Court consider my removal as "exceptional and extremely unusual hardship" to my spouse? He can't live with me in the country of persecution, right? Also I need advise about a lawyer for this situation. I hope I could get GC through Cancellation of Removal . We live in NYC.

It maybe done I guess! However you will need a lawyer. I had a brooklyn lawyer for my case. His name is Raj Bhushan. email me at genci_k@hotmail.com for his contact information. He is an experienced lawyer, good person and attentive to detail. Its worth giving him a call. Good luck.
