Re: I-485 EB-3 question about our adjustment of status - FP.

Primary Applicant: NAME A# 096………
Derivative beneficiary: NAME A# 096………

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter because I would like to know if the situation that is happening to us is the normal procedure or not.

I, NAME am the primary applicant in this process and I have not gotten finger prints notice yet. However, my wife who is the derivative beneficiary already got her finger print notice several months ago. She got it done on June 10 of this year. I only would like to know if it is not uncommon that while the derivative beneficiary already got finger print notice, the primary applicant is still waiting for.

Our Receipt notice for I-485 is September 13, 2002

Thanks for your attention to this matter

I am not sure whether it is common. But I got my finger prints 6 months after my wife done her finger prints. You can send letter to INS. I thought my notice was lost in the mail and called INS.

I encourage you to send this letter. But, i also suggest why don't you pull your lawyer into this and let him do this for you. Afterall, we are paying them through our nose. Anyways, Good Luck!!
