Getting FBI Clearence

Hi ALL ,
I am planning to do Canadian PR.
Can anybody tell , where to go and get fingerprint on FBI fingerprint card easily ?
Also, What type of letter should I attach, when I sent to FBI ? I know I have to mail $18 money order with it .
