Hi all,
Its been more than a year since applying for 485. My existing Ead has expired. I applied for Ead renewal almost 2 1/2 months ago and it hasnt been approved yet. To get to EAD immediately ...can I go to the local ins office and ask for renewal... the only thing I'm afraid of is that they will ask for employment verification and paystubs (as I got laid off recently).
