Hi all,

today I received an RFI asking for medical and bio?

What's the time gap between RFI and approval?

Please share your experiences :confused:

my situation is similar to yours, I have mailed my I485 in 09/2001 but never got any notice in a mail. So what exactly RD means then?

You got bio reequest also? please clarify.?..RFI with bio?

Samird, RD is the date when INS received your I-485.

So now wantmygcnow is not the only lucky one whose ND was 06/2001 and got his/her RFI.

So far 06/2001 seems the latest received RFI. Anyone later than 06/2001 has received RFI? My NR was 08/2001.

I remember last week there was a post in this forum saying that somebody with ND in July 2001 also received RFI.
