My friend came from France couple of months to New York. She is a french national.So she didn't have any visas. She is now taking dance lessons from a dance teacher in New York. She still requires approxiamtely six more months to for her lessons to be complete. Her I-94 expires on Dec 20th. So she wants to get a visitor/temporary stay/student visa before that. What would you suggest? She can't get I-20 as the dance teacher doesn't really have an institute which is federally recognised to issue I-20. Any help will really be appreciated. All she need is few more months of learning and she is going to go back to France.
