getting a permanent offer..485 <180 days

Hi,

I am getting a permanent offer with a fortune 50 company...with a good salary..everything is fine..except that my 485 has been filed only 120 days back..

at present i am working with a consulting company that will terminate me as soon as my current project is over.(it is expected to last 2-3 months more).

pl. suggest what is good decision to take at this point...whether to take permanent offer or stick to consulting company so that 180 days limit is crossed...

I think you are fine as BCIS could not make decision within < 180 days. It is only applicable when BCIS make decision within 180 days.
