I would very much appreciate a response to my question.
1) I had an H1B visa since the fall of 1999 till 2002
2) in 2002 I went to grad school on F1
3) Today, Dec. 2006, I am still in gradschool but would like to switch to H1B to work for a company while continuing my studies
4) Work would be abroad
Question:
1) Can I do it?
2) To apply for H1B, would I have to spend 1 year abroad (does it have to be uninterrupted or vacation, research i did between 2002-2006 count?)
3) Can I work for this company abroad while completing my studies (finishing a PhD dissertation)?
