I got married to a US citizen while I was in the US with an F-1 visa. My wife applied for my green card, and so far I have received a work permit. It has been about 8 months and things are not working out well. We are thinking about separating and possibly getting a divorce. I still have 3 more semesters before I finish school, and I currently have a summer internship. Also my F-1 visa was supposed to expire in december 2005. Can you please advice on what would be the best plan of action to follow?
My goals are to finish school and get a job here in the US.
