My H1 6yrs will be ending soon. Company A applied for my labor in EB2 category through PERM and it is curently in-process state. As I cannot get my 7th year extesion on that labor, the company is ready to use pre-approved eb3 labor. Will there be any problem in applying for 140 using the pre-approved labor when my eb2 is still pending.
Any help is appreciated.
