Could you guys give me some recommendations about what kind of evidence can fufill the following RFE?
1)" submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if an employer were required to obtain labor certificate from the US Department of labor."
2) "submit documentations that shows the beneficiary's skeills or back ground are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. Does the beneficiary possess any special skills, knowledge or abilities that could not be articulated on a labor certification?"
