Get our name check done!

After some research, I realized most of the pending cases are stuck by the name check results. It looks like USCIS is improving their work, but they have to wait for the name check results. I believe this is what moft of the pending cases are waiting for. For unknown reason, some of the name checks take years-----God knows why?

So we might need switch our foucs to FBI to get our name check done. Let us shout together! It is hoped that if more and more people are shouting, they might hear somethign adn do something. Following are some suggestions:
1. Go to your senator or congressman's offices, if they could inwuire on your behalf, we make some progress.
2. Write to FBI to ask them your results. Complain abotu the delays.
3. If there are any lawsuite like this, join the team.

I did it but what about IBIS check?

I did it last week and came to know that they have sent the response the same day. But I keep hearing on IBIS check. Is this something different that Name Check? You have done some research so can you enlighten me?

yes, this has nothing to do with FBI and FBI cleared mine on the same day as well. name check is different from FBI check.
