we just got the permit for H-1B and we are canadian, we were told we don't need visa stamp and only thing we need to do is go to US port of entry to get H-1B/H-4 status in Oct this year.
My question is do we have to go back to Canada to get H-1B/H-4 status at Canada/US port of entry or we can get it from any US port of entry?
