Germany Embassy Letter?

HI all, I went to german embassy with my new RTD. they said I don't need a visa but they wouldnt give me a letter saying that. THey said its not their policy. What sh all I do folks? Does anyone have any email etc from the german consulate which says dont need a visa with the green rtds?

German consulate letter

I'm too visiting Germany next month with RTD. Called the consulate in Miami they confirmed I don't need a visa and after pressing for the "letter" they asked for $25 and a copy of the RTD in order to get it. I mailed them everything yesterday so when I get it I can send you a copy if you still need one.
 
Thanks samoel. I would like to get the letter. I wish they had asked for money but they simply dont give it here.
 
why don't you go to the "embassy of Netherlands".
My friend get a shengen visa from this embassy and visited all shengen countries in europe including Germany.

This is a lot easier for you guys.
