Germany by plane to other countries with RTD

Hi everyone - I would really appreciate your help here!

I am planning to visit Munich this summer and possibly Spain. Really need your help with these questions:

1) has anyone been to Germany with the green document? Back in December, the German consulate told me they did not recognize this new doc

2) can I fly inter-Schengen flights without anyone inspecting my passport (i.e. take a planefrom Germany to France or Madrid with no Spanish or French visa).

I havent been to germany on the new green passport but with the blue one.I entered germany and went to spain,italy,switzerland,france,netherlands without anyone asking for any visa...Are you sure german embassy doesnt recognize the green passport..do they give a visa on it? this is going to be horrible if they dont accept it.
 
Yes by air and by train...once u enter germany..no one asks for any visa at other checkpoints... Passport may be asked...
