While returning from US to India via Frankfurt, Is transit visa needed for people with US Visitors visa. They didn't ask for it for my in-law while coming to US in Dec. I am surpised. Anybody with expereince, please share.

If they have any kind of unexpiered visa to US they do need transit visa. Only the people returning on AP with expired H1( or any other expired visa) or no visa requies DAT visa
