I would like to start this thread to discuss what are the issues when filing AC21 and how to go abt them I am all set to change jobs and please pardon if all these q’s have been answered before but I believe that consolidating all these issues will help all of us.
1. I have decided to go ahead and inform the USCIS abt my job
change because of the following reasons.
(i)It might save me an RFE.
(ii)I want to keep things clear.
However I am running into the following issues
(i)I am concerned that my case will be transferred .Can people
post their experience who informed the USCIS abt AC21.
(ii)I don’t want to do it myself because I know I might get a RFE
for medical anyways ,so can people who used lawyer refer
someone who is reasonable and good. dhindia1@yahoo.com

2. I really have no fear from a GC approval standpoint. The only fear I do have is my case being transferred and my RFE going to my previous lawyer. Though I will file a new
G28 ,from other people’s experiences it is not always successful. I mean the RFE still goes to previous lawyer. Any ideas to work around that.
3. I am being offered a Principal Analyst role as compared to Computer Programmer but the job desc is same. Can someone repost the link to find out whether the 2 jobs are Similar.
