Started on H1B EB3; PD:May 2003 and with the May Visa Bulletin, I am now able to file I485.
Have read through the forum and obtained a lot of good information - Thanks to all those who have taken personal time to help out
I have some general questions for those who have already gone through the process of filing the I485:
1. I have scheduled my medical exam and know I will need to get vaccination shots (I do not have records
). Is the medical report handed to you on same day, or does it take a few days - blood test results,etc.. to come back?
2. Is there anything I need to take with me to the Docs? (Barring the vaccination records, which I do not have anyway).
3. Once I have made the application (I am applying for EAD and AP), what sort of time-lines should I expect for results on these?
Any response on the above items would be appreciated....
