Thanks for your kindness first.

Our GCs are approved, we would have our stamps in San Jose.
I have made one appointment via Infopass, does my wife need to have her own appointment, or she can go together with me with only one appointment?

like received dates, EB2/EB3, prefix of case id...?

Congrats !!! When I went to downtown LA for stamping I overheard some guy asking the officer the same question (he brought 2 infopass printouts), and the officer said 1 appointment is enough for both him and his wife. After all, it's just an appointment.
 
One appointment is enough

I took only one appointment for me and my wife. We stamped our PP at LA
