GCEAD(I765) and AP(I131) renewal question - under pending AOS , c(9) category

I filed renewal of mine and 2 family members, GC EAD + AP ,for combo card renewal ( Texas Service Center) . However, the I131 application had a slight application issue and USCIS returned all 3 applications ( with rejection notice) and asked to make appropriate changes and resubmit. However, all 3 I765 applications were Ok and 3 separate receipts were generated. Upon receiving I131 rejection notice , I made the said changes and resubmit I131, post which 3 separate receipt notices were generated.

Per Emma and live agent, this scenario is not considered as concurrent filing and I765 and I131 are not tagged together, however in past renewals they both were treated concurrently and adjudicated at same time.

Any guidance on how to tag them and request for concurrent adjudication, pls?

Hello! Since your I-131 applications were initially rejected and resubmitted, USCIS is treating them as separate from your I-765 applications, which could delay combo card processing. To request concurrent processing, you can try interfiling: write a clear cover letter explaining the situation, include receipt numbers for both the I-765 and I-131, attach copies of all receipt notices, and send the request to the service center handling your I-765. Alternatively, you can contact USCIS via Emma/live chat to request linking the cases or, as a last resort, ask your congressional representative for assistance. There’s no guarantee, but interfiling is your best chance to align the processing. Until you receive Advance Parole, avoid international travel to prevent abandonment of your I-485. Thanks. Will uploading documents ( cover letter+ receipts) in I765 case, online through login will help, thoughts? Officer once stop by to adjudicate the I765 case, will review the uploaded documents, hopefully.
 
Uploading a cover letter and receipts to your I-765 case online might help, but it's not the same as formally interfiling with USCIS. While it could bring the I-131 to the attention of the adjudicating officer, there's no guarantee they'll consider it. Formal interfiling, or contacting USCIS directly, is a more reliable approach to request concurrent processing.
