I just got the approval notice for NIW 140 (applied Jan. 4th) from my lawyer last week. So I think yours must be on the way too.
I am still waiting for any result on my EB1A 140 (applied Jan.19).

I think both of our NIW 140's are pending at TSC with pretty much the same filing date. Mine is Jan 12th while yours is Jan 4th(?). Have you heard anything? What did they say for your service request?

Thanks gc_er. Did you see any LUD's or change in online status or just got the approval notice in the mail?
Also did you file a SR? I field two and for the last one they said that an officer looked at my case on sep 27th and that I should get some update by nov 27th. Haven't heard anything so far? Any idea what that means? Did you get a similar response?

My first service request was made on Aug. 27th, I called again 1 month later and was told I should wait for 2 months instead of 1 month.Then on Oct. 29th, I called my lawyer to ask him to file another service request since it has been more than 2 months from Aug. 27th. I did not get any response from my lawyer but I checked my online status and found that there was a LUD on Oct. 31st saying an approval notice was sent and then another LUD on Nov. 1st with the same message, and then I received a copy of the approval notice from my lawyer last Friday.
I did not think my lawyer has ever made a call to push the aprroval since he did not mention it. However, it doesn't hurt to make another one. But I believe your approval is on the way considering our cases were filed at similar time.
