Anyone applied 485 without emp letter and didnot get an RFE ?
Though I am employed, I am not likely to get a corresponding emp letter from employer, because they filed my labor with a different job title and desc.
I am already 3 months into 485 processing (did not submit Emp Leter). Also had my FP done last week.....
Should I continue in the same company after 6 months, or change it.
Are there any other work arounds to this situation?
