GC with L2 Visa

I am currently on L2 visa, with a valid EAD and have started working. My spouse who is on L1A visa, is working for a company which is not willing to process GC.

I am looking for the best way to apply for GC on my own...Kindly advice !!!

some ideas:
1- Try to get a job with a company that sponsor a GC for you
2- Try to obtain a labor certification (if you have a Bachelor's degree) for a future position in the same or another company, while your spouse is under L-1 status. In the meantime you could work with your L2 and EAD.
3- Apply for Diversity lottery visa

Thanks Sniper. I will check on what my company can do. The 2nd option of applying for Labor seems a likely option as I have a Bachelor's degree. Is it a straight forward process or in other words, are there any pitfalls I should be aware of ?
