GC with AMIE: need help

Any one here who got I 140 approved with following qualifications.

10 year schooling + 3 year Polytechnic + AMIE degree in engineering from institution of engineers(India).

becase INS is not considering this education equvalent to 16 year BS degree in my case .

So, Please post the details who hold this type of education.

That would depend on what the LCA said.
Does it say "....or equivalent"?
What's the job category code and what exactly does the LCA say ?
