Greetings,
Is moving to a different state for new job with I-140 approved and an EAD -- after 180 days (past I-485) -- going to change portability rule, for a green card application based on labor certification ?
I will soon get EAD with I-140 approved, getting close to 180 days for I-485. If I find a job outside of the state where my labor certification filed, will everything have to be restarted for green card ? Do I have to wait until I get my green card to move to another state ?
