GC to US Citizen Question....Change in Marital Status

My mom filed a petition (F2B) for me. I received a notification that my Priority Date has become current. However my Mom just became a U.S Citizen two months ago. My marital status also changes from single to married. My wife is a U.S. Citizen and filed a petition for me. Does my mom’s petition become null and void? Am I still eligible for the F2B petition? Can my mom upgrade her petition?

yes your mom can upgrade her pettion. you will have to decide which one to cancell, but I will advise you to consult an immigration lawyer for your best option. Good luck
