GC thru spouse

Hi All,
Currently my I-485 is pending at VSC and it is employment based GC and my EAD is expiring next week.I have applied for my renewal EAD in aug'02 and I haven't heard anything.My wife is a citizen and if I apply for GC thru her and go thru the whole nine yards process, and the day I apply for GC at Local district office will INS give EAD the same day.Your feedback is appreciated.

If the INS hasnt issued you an EAD 90 days after you submit it. they should issue you an interim one.
You can go to the Local district office where you filed your application for permanent residence and ask the INS to give you a new EAD.
 
CAN I get EAD the same day I file for my GC thru SPOUSe
