I am working with company ABC on H1B visa.
There is a company XYZ who is ready to apply for my GC (Labor, 140) immediately but I need not work for them now.
ABC is also ready to do GC but wants me to wait 1 year before they can start this process. I have 4 years remaining on H1B.
Is it Ok that I let company XYZ file Labor for me now even though I won't be working for them until my GC is approved?
Also, will ABC ever come to know that my GC has been applied by XYZ and might create problems. Please look below for more.
Also, can ABC apply for my GC (Labor) without it having knowledge that XYZ had already applied for Labor earlier and was approved ??? That is, does Labor and 140 by ABC requires me to declare that I already have an approved Labor + 140 with XYZ.
