GC through my Brother

Hi,I am holding H1B visa and have been here for 4 years.My company is saying to start my Green card. but my brother recently got citizenship. I would like to do my GC. I would like to know which one will be fast wether through my company or my brother. I am married. Any help would be appreciated.

Through your company will be way faster. The waiting for siblings is around 12 years.
