GC through marriage to USC or continue EB AOS ?

Hi,

this a question for a lawyer.

I filed through my employer EB2 AOS, concurrent filing I-140/485.
Case is pending with TSC since 16 months.... ND is April 2, 03,
and TSC is processing cases 07/03 already.
According to Ohata memo, the TSC is only adjudicating 140 when
485 is also ready, which may delay cases and I may have to wait
one more year.... My employer s...., and I would like to quit.

I married last year a US citizen. Unfortunately, I'm living in Orlando,
where processing times for I-485 is given as 1000 days....
(is it true ???) therefore did not file through my marriage.

However, I just learned that TSC is processing I-130 cases
for immediate relatives in 6 months.
So, does this also affect processing times in Orlando ?
Is it really 1000days ??? and why ?
Is I-130 done in Orlando or at the TSC ?
Is it possible to have both procedures running
together (EB and marriage-based) ?
I'm also looking for a good lawyer to help with filing.
My EB lawyer is the lawyer of my employer, and I'm not sure
for whose interests he is working....
