I got my GC through my spouse EB1. We got the approval. They say the complete process will take 4 to 5 yrs. Our marriage is falling apart and after putting so much through this marriage in terms if finance and my effort now i am at a stage where my life is so uncertain. Please let me know if my GC will be rejected or what is the process. Should i wait for 1 or 2 yrs and then apply for divorce or how it works.
