GC Stamping at SF BCIS

I went for stamping today. Not a Good Experience At all. They have recently changed the location to 444 Washington St.
This Location is Closed on Last Wedensday of every month. Anybody been to this new location. Notice says the timings are from 8 to 2 pm. Any idea if we go late around 1:00 PM, do they accept cases or are FULL by then.

No wonder, I saw very few people standing outside BCIS-SF at 7:30 on washington , got the parking without any problem & was wondering I have never seen this before.Good to know though that they changed the location.
