I am going for stamping next week. But my passport is set to expire in the middle of september. Can I still get a stamp with this passport or do I need to renew the passport?
My friend just went recently with a expired passport and it was not a problem. However they are not going to stamp on your passport. Instead they will give you a temperory Card (around 6 X 8 inches) with you Photo and a stamp. It looks lot better than the stamp you get on your passport. Make sure you take a couple of additional photographs. And I think this is the case for everyone whose passport expires in less than 6 months.
