Anyone knows about any delware/pittsburg/harrisburg based employers who can sponsor the GC on the basis of future job offer.
My understanding is employemnt based GC is always on the basis of future Job offer (you may on maynot be employed with the sponsoring employer).
This can be on mutually agreeable terms.
