I am currently working as a contractor for a company and they would like to hire me as full-time employee and sponsor GC. I would like to join after PERM is approved as these days there are many PERM audits and denials. Also I have to transfer my H1B, so would like to do only after PERM gets approved.
Here are my questions:
1) At what stage is one required to work as an employee for the GC sponsoring company?
2) Can I transfer my H1B and start working full-time for this company after PERM gets approved or it has to be before?
