Hi

It looks they have to give us problems until the very very end.
I made in all different ways that they have my current address, which have not changed for a year by the way,but they have sent it ( that's the only logic reason) to a wrong address. It was already returned twice. I have called 800 number bcs that's supposedly the only things you can do in this case, but I don't thing it goes anyway.

I think I should call the immigration officer who interviewed us. By the way, when I went for the last fingerprints the info on the form was completly wrong. They put there the name of my husband instead of mine even. Now, I probably have too also very that they don't make GC on him

Any suggestion?????

Good luck to all

It can also be returned if you have a name different than yours (your husband's, for example) on your mailbox.

I have two valid greencard numbers, and another associated number (which they used as mine), which used to belong to one of my relatives. Did not lead to any problem.

No, the mail box has only my name and I made sure that it's not a mistake of my local post office, so it has to be address.

I guess my questions is.The only thing you ccan do it to go back to your officer and ask for help to input the correct info??????

Regards

I guess so. Or, if it is not likely to work, you can write a letter to USCIS ombudsman, go to your congressman, schedule an InfoPass appointment with another office, or something else

Anigma,
I had the same issue, our I-485 was approved and they sent it to the old address though they had the correct address. They sent it to the address that was on the initial application. It was returned back to them by my old address and they included my Forwarding address. I guess they have checked it and re-sent them to my new address which I received last week. It's just the approval letter, who knows when they will send the Physical cards and to which address.
Good luck.. If nothing works try filling I90.
