GC Residance Since Date question, Plz help

Hi there,

I have a question about physical GC's "RESIDANCE SINCE" date.

What date BCIS print on this (which one from below)

I-485 approval Date?
PP Stamp Date?
Card Issue date?

My friends case was approved in May, pp stamped in June and card issued in July. But the card has July date. Is it correct??

Usually it is I-485 approval Date.

It should be I-485 approval date even if you have your passport stamped after 3 months.
