Hello Gurus,
We landed on Aug 23rd, My wife and kid have received two welcome letters and have received their plastic card as well - the second welcome letter came after the plastic card. I have not received anything - (feeling terribly left out) - Has anyone gone through such a situation? I called the 800 number and a lady said give it some more time and call after 60 days.

Please help.
 
Hey: don't know of any similar situation but maybe others will come forward. I'd say, give it time, and maybe, let your local post office know.

If you have a welcome letter for the missing card, it has a receipt number on there: you can see whether/when USCIS mailed out your card using the case status search page on the USCIS website, using that receipt #.
