I recieved my GC after 4 days of approval e-mail.It was backdated correctly.
No approval letter but Who cares about the letter!

Hi dear friend...congratulations! you have your GC...and you do not care about the Welcome Letter...
You have to care about the WL..!!! because if you loose or somebody rob from you your GC...How can you proof to USCIS about your case (that is already closed) that is the only proof you have to apply with I-90 for a new GC...otherwise there are other ways, but take longer than this, so please do not think like that...every document issued by USCIS for your case is a part very importante from your Master File...
Congratulations for your GC...take care of that and I really hope you do not lose it...
