1. My husband is USC and he makes enough money to sponsor my GC, do we still need to file I-864A or only I-864?

2. When we apply for I-751 to remove the GC conditions, will interview be needed?

1. My husband is USC and he makes enough money to sponsor my GC, do we still need to file I-864A or only I-864?
If his income meets or exceeds the minimum income requirement, you dont have to submit I-864A. Only I-864 would be sufficient.

2. When we apply for I-751 to remove the GC conditions, will interview be needed?
Yes.
