My Labor cert. is still with the state, I have 3 1/2 months left on my H1.
The labour was filed 300 days ago.
The question is this. The co. is willing to transfer me to the UK office
if the labor doesn\'t come thru in time to file for 140 and the
one year extention (7th year) of my H-1B.
At what point can I return to the US office?
140 approval or 485 approval or EAD ?
 
You will still need AP docs to reenter US

Preferably after 485 approval or EAD both are almost cocurrent, you will still need AP docs to reenter US check with your lawyer.
