Hi,

I work in Company A and have GC processing through Company B under future employment. Now I have some issues with Company A and so have to quit it and join Company B. It might take couple of months to find a project with Company B as I have location constraint. Will it affect my GC process if I take a month or two in finding a new project.

Regards,

If ur I-140 has been approved and u have worked for Company A for 180 days or more then there is no problem in going and joining company B. If ur I-140 has not been approved then u will have to talk to a lawyer to find out if its possible or not ...
