I am a USC and am preparing to file GC for parents. They are still in India and I plan to file for their GC once they reach the US in April.

We are going through all the paperwork needed and came across I-693. Can they get the medical exam in India or do they have to get it done in the US? Is their a place for where I can find out who in India is recommended by USCIS?

Thanks

They have to wait at least 3-4 months to apply for AOS in US to overcome the intent issue and yet lie again at the AOS interview that they never had the intent to get GC's while in America when they entered as B2.
They will declare and claim themselves as Visitors when they arrive in US when clearly their true intent is to get GC, a clear violation of B1-B2 visa.
Don't violate the law by asking your parents to lie at POE.
Apply for CP instead, which is way cheaper in fees than AOS and lawful as well.
If you are still adamant about breaking the law then answer to your question is No they have to do their medical here.
