I have my LC pending from NY - filed in Jan 2002. My 6 yrs of H1B ends in Oct 2005. The client I work for is offering me a permanent position now. I have concerns regarding my GC progress with my current employer if I switch to client.
Is it possible / advisable to continue my GC processing with current employer and transfer H1B to the client? The client is also from NY area. Please help.
