GC processing

I am on H-ib visa and am aiming to start job in jan 2004. Which states should I go for, if I am looking forward to get my GC in the shortest possible time. Does anybody know..

Would you tell me the hospital names (Employers name) who would sponsor H1 B Visa for Internal Medicine Doctor (i.e after completion of Residency).

This is not the case from J1 to H1. This is from H1 to H1
