Hi Everyone,My employer\'s office is at Michigan.Rightnow I am working(with H1B visa)in Delaware.Now I want to apply for GC.Can a lawyer in Delaware file Labor cert for my GC petition in Delaware? Please advise.Thanks in Avance.
