My Labor was filed prior to PERM procedure, in 2002, I am planning to switch the same to PERM process, but my company address has changed recently and my salary also changed, will it be a problem on changing the labor process to PERM, and I also read in some place if the original JOB ORDER was placed by SWA then you won't be able to switch to PERM by keeping priority date, I don't understand what is JOB ORDER?
