GC Process

I work for Company A, Company B filed for GC,

Can i continue work for Company A after GC approval using the AC 21,
Company B will agree to this,

Second question, If i get GC before 180 days, what should i do?

AC 21 does not applies after I-485 approval. Since GC is for future employment, you may have to maintain certain employment requirements with the GC sponsorer.
