What can be done in case one is not able to get an experience letter (in a format, comprising the skills used, required for filing the GC process) from a previous employer in India?
For this employer, I have an experience letter indicating the duration I worked and the last held designation which I think is not sufficient for the GC Process.
Can I sign an affidavit indicating the skills used? Is that considered to be a reasonable evidence?
Any inputs from any one having gone through a similar situation will be highly appreciated.
