GC Process in Texas or VA?

Hi,
I'm thinking of starting GC process from Texas.My company also has branches in VA also. Which State is the best to start the process.My H1 Expires in 2004.

Any suggestions please?

I think you will be better off with TX then VA. According to DOL, for RIR cases, in TX they are processing Aug' 02 whereas in VA they are processing Sep' 01.
